This seasoned Hamburg native has dropped anchor at Reef. Henrik still operates under his own firm Moin | Henrik Behnke, but is part of the Reef crew as an independent consultant. Specialising in the broad field of employment law, his focus — alongside classic individual and collective labour law topics — lies on the impact of digital transformation on the working world and the interdisciplinary area of company pension schemes. As a certified Specialist for employment law and insurance law, he is regularly engaged as a speaker in addition to his advisory and litigation work.
