Reinhold Poppek
Reinhold Poppek, founder and owner of the law firm Poppek Law Firm, is available to Reef Rechtsanwälte as an independent advisor — or, in modern parlance, Of Counsel — and is thus indirectly part of the Reef crew.
Reinhold Poppek himself, with 40 years of professional experience, focuses on legal and commercial advisory services relating to investment, mergers and acquisitions, shareholdings and cooperations, as well as national and international commercial law — in particular corporate law and contract law. Overall, the firm is particularly strong in the areas of corporate law, business acquisitions (M&A), international law, trademark and competition law, commercial agency law, employment law, sales contract law, and immigration law, making it a valuable partner for our diverse team in the reef. Reinhold was one of the first German lawyers to open an office in China.
Qualifications
In addition to legal advisory work, Reinhold has successfully supported a large number of companies from Europe, Russia, India, and the Asian region in a wide variety of projects.
He has advised clients on company formation, visa applications, and M&A processes. His fluency in English, French, and Spanish is a considerable asset in this regard.
