Experience
Perfectionist and yet philanthropist
Sebastian's main areas of expertise in labour law are in particular restructuring, transfers of undertakings and downsizing measures. But he is also at home in corporate and insolvency liability law, e.g. in insolvency appeals or liability of corporate bodies. Last but not least, his many years of experience in advising and representing hospital owners and insolvency administrators in employment law throughout Germany ensure that he can provide comprehensive employment law advice and representation for entrepreneurs and executives.
He sees his task as a lawyer not in being right or getting right, but in realising the economic and personal goals of his clients. To achieve this, he also goes the extra mile. His conviction: Admittedly, according to the Pareto principle, 20 % of effort achieves 80 % of result. And with an eye for the essentials, well-founded experience and economic expertise, that may often be enough - but sometimes not. Sebastian is not satisfied with these 80 % in the support of his clients. Only when their interests are 100 % secured does he consider his task successfully completed.

Sebastian Linnenbrink is a member of the Arbeitskreis für Insolvenzwesen Köln e. V. and the Deutscher Arbeitsgerichtsverband e. V. Privately, Sebastian is a founding member of Gemeinsam Jeck, an inclusive carnival association of disabled and non-disabled people in Düsseldorf.
