Simone organises and coordinates at lightning speed, yet always with a high level of quality. She takes the initiative in communication and information gathering, is an expert in planning processes and also exercises the control function here. She always knows what is going on in the reef.

As a paralegal, certified office manager and legal specialist, Simone Heinrichs knows that providing clients with the highest level of service requires orderly structures and processes. She therefore monitors and controls the organisation of accounting and claims management with the utmost meticulousness, as well as the adherence to deadlines and dates, the preparation of fee statements and the execution of complex enforcement measures.

Despite her organisational talent, it is her sense of human and respectful interaction that is just as tangible in the initial contact with new clients as it is in the hiring of staff.
